"Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Listen to the don'ts. Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be."

MISSISSIPPI DELTA

A couple of weekends ago, we made the trip to the Mississippi Delta for one of Kenny's friend's weddings. It was beautiful! The wedding was on a plantation in a town of 1,200 people, the reception was under a tent with the food set up buffet style, and luckily, the rain held off all night. Although I got eaten alive by bugs, it such a fun night.

MAY

May included a pretty large milestone in my life. I graduated college! Finally, after 4 years of taking courses at the University of Georgia, I am now able to say that I am a proud alumna. In addition to that milestone, Kenny and I celebrated our one year anniversary. We just went to the Braves game and had a nice relaxing day in Atlanta. The rest of the month was spent searching for a full time job, which proved unsuccessful. It is so hard to find a good full time job that pays enough and has good benefits...I would really hate to have to go full time at Macy's so hopefully something will turn up from my search soon!

APRIL

April was a month of finishing up. I completed my internship with Prevent Child Abuse, I complete my course work and just had finals waiting on me, and I got everything finalized for my new apartment. It was busy, as always, but a very rewarding month.

I got a new iPod touch, so of course I'm on Instagram all of the time now!

Dad and Tammy got a new boat. Being out on the lake is so relaxing and an awesome way to spend the weekend!

We went to see Warren Haynes at the Georgia Theater.

And that's about all I can remember about April! Other than rushing to get things turned in and finishing up with classes, not much went on!
