"Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Listen to the don'ts. Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be."

NYC: DAY 3

Our second full day may have been my favorite. In the morning, we went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. To get there, we just walked through and beside Central Park which lined the street we were walking on. The Met was amazing! Both Mom and I loved the first floor which was mainly sculptures while we just rushed through the second floor which held the paintings. There were some paintings that were interesting, but the sculptures were beautiful. After that, we went to Wicked on Broadway! Highlight of the trip! It was such a wonderful show and I wish we were able to see it again and again. Both Elphaba and Galinda were excellent; they were funny and awesome singers. Ah, I loved it! That night, we went to Top of the Rock in Rockefeller Center which was breath taking. We went up 70-something floors which provided a beautiful view of the city at night. It was super windy so we didn't stay up there too long, but the pictures turned out great!
