NEWBIE

This is the first post I have ever done as a blogger so I'm pretty excited about it. I was told I should do an art blog obviously about art so I thought I'd give it a try. Within art, the aspect that I find the most interesting is painting. Before I did that though, I started sketching Disney characters:



That is a part of the first Disney sketches that I did (the rest aren't very good and I have always favored the Beast). I also didn't have the sense to draw on computer or sketch paper so these are some of the other sketches I have done:







I've also drawn things for my roommates :) I drew the "Mad Hatter" from Alice in Wonderland because her cat reminds me of him with the hair and I drew Mickey Mouse for my other roommate because she loves Disney things:





That's all of the sketches that I have done so for my next entry I'll post some of the painting that I have done!

    haaha I loled at "I've always favored the beast" ... that's what she said? or no. that seems inappropriate, especially since we're talking about art here.
